Fishermens Heaven Field Staff Program

For over 20 years, Fishermen's Heaven has provided customers with the lowest prices on industry-leading brands. Our connection to our customers is paramount. We pride ourselves on sharing knowledge, information, and helping our customers to be successful on the water. Our Field Staff are an extension of this mandate.

We expect Field Staff to be comfortable in promoting the Fishermen's Heaven store and featured brands, as well as assisting with creating informative content to help educate customers and connect with future customers. The informative content our Field Staff could provide us with includes any or all of the following: images with accompanying text, short videos, fishing tips, social media posts (if applicable), and online forum posts (if applicable). Participation is driven by your initiative. We understand that not all anglers are active on social media and we encourage anyone who feels passionate about helping Fishermen's Heaven to apply.

The Field Staff program was designed for individuals who may not feel ready for the commitment level required of our Pro Staff, but who are passionate about educating others and would like to benefit from our program’s exclusive offerings. Field Staff who are successful in demonstrating their capabilities through education and content creation may have the opportunity to advance to our Pro Staff team. As much as we love to help our customers learn, we also provide mentorship to our Field Staff and Pro Staff. We aim to form long-term relationships and to help our Field Staff and Pro Staff grow to their greatest potential as anglers and representatives in the industry.
